Where do you source your ingredients?
All seafood in Aatas Cat food products are sourced ethically from sustainable sources. Our suppliers for ingredients in our food are held accountable with digital traceability from catch to consumption, adhering to ethical labor practices. Aatas Cat is committed to doing our part in protecting our Earth, by minimizing potential environmental impact, and protecting biodiversity in the ecosystem.
Is Aatas Cat halal certified?
Yes! Aatas Cat canned wet food are certified by The Central Islamic Council of Thailand and the dry food are certified by the Islamic Food Research Centre Hong Kong.
What kind of nutrients do my cats need?
Inadequate or excess intake of nutrients can be equally harmful. It’s important that your cat eats a complete and balanced diet consisting of good quality meat products. Cats require essential nutrients such as taurine, arginine, vitamin A and essential fatty acids. They also need plenty of fresh water as well.
How do I change my cat’s diet?
Change your cat’s diet slowly and gradually. Begin changing diet by feeding 1/4 new food and 3/4 old food for a few days. Then add 1/2 new food and 1/2 old food. After a few more days, feed 3/4 new food and 1/4 old food. Finally onto the new diet completely.
Can we give chicken to cats?
Yes, cooked chicken can be given to cats! As cats are carnivorous, meat is the safest human food that we can give to them. Chicken has high nutritional value, it can be good for cats. The meat protein helps maintain strong heart, good vision and a healthy reproductive system.
Can my cat be a vegetarian?
It is not preferable for cat to be vegetarian as cat are strict carnivores and they need nutrients that only meat can provide.
How much should I feed my cat?
The amount of your cat feed depends on your cat’s age, health and preference. Please refer to our recommended feeding guide listed below our product’s page for more information. In case, your feline has any health condition, do take your vet’s advice instead!
Do you use any preservatives in your canned wet food?
We do not use any artificial preservatives our products. As canned food undergo a retort process which effectively kills all organisms that may cause the food to degenerate, the air tight cans are sterile and stable. It can be kept for a long time without additives and preservatives.
Is there BPA (bisphenol-A) in your cans?
All our canned food is made using only BPA–NI (bisphenol-A non intent) cans which is commonly known as BPA-Free cans.
Does Aatas Cat conduct caged animal testing?
No. We do not conduct caged animal testing. Our palatability trials (these tests are observational in nature and non-invasive) are only carried out (if necessary) in home environment.
Are your cat litters flushable?
Our Krisp Klump and Kofu Klump series are easy to scoop and flushable!
Do you have non-scented option for cat litters?
Yes! Charcoal infused option has no fragrance added. We also have fragrance-free natural tofu cat litter under Kofu Klump series.
How do I store your products?
For Wet Food:
– Store all unopened Aatas Cat canned cat food at room temperature. Do not freeze. Refrigerate any unused portion.
For Dry Food:
– Store in a cool and dry place.
For Treats:
– Store all unopened Aatas Cat treats in cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
– Remember to reseal your Happy Time treats after opening.
– Crème de la crème pouches are designed for single serving and it is not advisable to store any leftover.
For Cat Litters
– Seal the package or store in a sealed container in a cool and dry place

Aatas Cat is available in Australia, Brunei, China, Estonia, Indonesia, Iraq, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Korea, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Singapore.
In Singapore, Aatas Cat is available in leading pet stores, mini marts, Cold Storage, and Giant.
